Refund Eligibility

To ensure fair usage, refunds are approved for the following valid reasons:

  • • Request raised within 7 days of service activation.
  • • Service not delivered within the promised timeframe (24 hours).
  • • Critical technical issues (e.g., Network Down) unresolvable by support.
  • • Server specifications (RAM/CPU) do not match the purchased plan.
  • • Billing errors or duplicate charges caused by our system.
  • • Bandwidth usage is less than 10GB at the time of request.

Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are strictly excluded from our refund policy:

  • ✕ Terms Violation: Accounts terminated for Crypto Mining, Spamming, or Phishing.
  • ✕ Change of Mind: Requests made due to "buyer's remorse" or user error.
  • ✕ IP Blacklisting: If your assigned IP gets blacklisted due to your activities.
  • ✕ Wallet Funds: Credit added to the FlashVPS wallet is non-refundable.
  • ✕ Dedicated Servers & Domain Names (once provisioned).

You can cancel your service at any time via the Client Area. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.

⚠️ Important Data Notice

Upon cancellation, your server is queued for termination. We provide a 24-hour grace period to backup your data. After this, all data is permanently wiped and cannot be recovered.

⚖️ Chargeback & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact support before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

  • Warning: Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate permanent suspension of your FlashVPS account and blacklisting from future services.
  • Solution: Most billing issues can be resolved within 24 hours by talking to our friendly support team.
